Return and Refund Policy

At Pisces Flower, each order is prepared with care. Because flowers and plants are fresh, perishable, and often made to order, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind.

Order issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at piscesflowerstudio@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect choices made at checkout, including incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible. Same-day delivery orders may not be cancellable once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or assigned for delivery.

Custom and perishable products

Fresh flowers, custom arrangements, preserved arrangements, plants, and seasonal items may not be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
