Pisces Flower offers flower delivery in Melbourne and selected surrounding areas.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before 1:00 pm local Melbourne time, subject to product availability, delivery location, and order volume.

Delivery areas and fees

Delivery availability and fees depend on the delivery suburb and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery timing

We do our best to deliver orders on the requested date. Delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing. Factors such as traffic, weather, courier availability, building access, hospitals, apartments, events, and incorrect delivery details may affect delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If the delivery address, recipient name, phone number, or access instructions are incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Recipient unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order in a safe place where appropriate, contact the recipient or sender, or attempt re-delivery where possible. Fresh flowers may be affected if they cannot be delivered promptly.
